Our current award-winning project is the re-development of the former Reading Post Office, Reading, MA. Originally constructed in 1918, the existing building contained 18K square feet on almost an acre of land. The new project, known as Postmark, contains 8,000 square feet of commercial space and 50 luxury residential condominiums. The project is 100% complete and sold and is the recipient of the 2021 PRISIM Gold Award – Best Mixed Community.
