PostMark
PostMark is re-development of the former Reading Post Office. Located in the center of a New England village and two blocks from the train depot, the project was permitted using MGL 40R. This new mixed-use community includes elements of historic preservation, affordable housing, luxury, for-sale residential condominiums, parking under the building and retail storefronts. The project has 40 luxury, condominium homes, 10 affordable condominium homes, three retail condominiums and an underground garage. This exciting project is a joint venture with DiBiase Homes, Lynnfield, MA.
