Colonial Village, Lynnfield
Served as Construction Project Manager on behalf of the Lynnfield Initiative for Elders (L.I.F.E.) on the ground-up construction of a 48 Unit, 60+ residential community known as Colonial Village. Project included six townhouse buildings, a clubhouse and a four story, wood frame garden building containing 36 units. Project budget $15,000,000 delivered on-time and within budget.
