Tom Connery has 30 years of real estate expertise in development, construction, and property management. Tom has experience working with expert developers and managers such as Roseland Property Company and AvalonBay Communities. He has in-depth permitting and approval experience and is a graduate of Michigan State University.

Tom has been responsible for managing portfolios with as much as 1.5M square feet involving complex circumstances such as adaptive reuse and challenging budgets where he’s earned a reputation for resolving these issues as promised.
